Union Station Apartments and The Falls at Union Station Rental Policies

• A Security Deposit is required on all leases. 
   
• A non-refundable $50 Application Fee is required and must be paid with certified funds (i.e. cashier's check or money order).
   
• All rates, unless otherwise noted, are based on a twelve (12) month lease term.  Six (6) month lease terms are available at a $20.00 per month fee in addition to the quoted twelve (12) month rate.
   
• All apartments include a monitored alarm system at an additional charge to resident.
   
• Pets are allowed at Union Station Apartments.  Please note there will be a $350 non-refundable fee required, plus a monthly pet rental fee of _____.
